Nursing Home Traffic
This isn't traditional street photography, but in a nursing home, a hallway is really the only artery patients roam through. Here, some residents are waiting to be escorted downstairs to the dining hall.

Fort Tryon Park
I visited Fort Tryon Park last month for the first time in my life. It's at the northern-most tip of Manhattan. The views are gorgeous, but it was frigid that day. I don't know how this squirrel keeps a smile on his face. And, yes, I KNOW it's a he.

Metro-North Tunnel
They thought they could stop me from taking photos of the Metro-North Rail Road. This is a photo I took Dec. 23, standing in the last car looking out the window. Interesting that even though it's under Park Avenue, there are many openings leading to the road.

Pardon me, but I don't know how to embed video files yet.
I once was stopped from taking photos in the tunnels at Grand Central Terminal while waiting on the platform. That's silly because a terrorist could just try to memorize what he saw and report back to his boss. I've taken photos of the Metro-North Rail Road tunnel between 98th and 42nd streets and no one said anything to me. I'll post those photos soon.

Snow Turns to Rain
Here, the street is blurred. I like the black-and-white contrasts in the drops, which come in different shapes and sizes. This color photo appears in only black, white and shades of gray because it was gloomy outside. My brother is the long black element in the center.
Also, welcome to my blog!
