Gowanus Food Truck Festival

I'd guess a couple of thousand people showed up today at the Gowanus Food Truck Festival at the Brooklyn Yard.

Many food trucks abounded.

But the Cinnamon Snail won out in my vegan opinion.

Here's the special of the week: A miso teriyaki seitan sub topped with kale, caramelized onions, wasabi mayonnaise and five-spice fried sunflower gomasio (what's that?), sandwiched between crusty baguette slices. Mouth still watering.
